MomFit Programs Include
Prenatal Training
Stay active and strong throughout your pregnancy with safe, effective workouts tailored to each stage, up to 40 weeks! Training progresses through foundation, strength, and birth prep phases to build stability, strength, and endurance while reducing the risk of common pregnancy pains and injuries.
The Fourth Trimester
A 12-week program designed for postpartum women ready to rebuild strength from the inside out and reconnect with their bodies through purposeful movement and exercise. This program focuses on core recovery, functional strength, and progressive workouts that restore your foundation and help you feel strong, capable, and energized again.
Postpartum Core Recovery
Six weeks of progressive core strengthening designed to restore core and pelvic floor function and manage diastasis recti. Ideal to start immediately postpartum, it supports recovery, improves posture, and enhances the ease and performance of daily activities.
